The Civil Court building is located in Haifa's down town, at the foot of the Carmel Mountain, below the old neighborhood of Wadi Salib, and it blends in with the construction including office and public buildings.

Below the glass ceiling elements made from MULTI-BARRETTE 8117 were installed and offer adequate sun protection in the large open hallways.

The architects Arch. Bracha and Dr. Michael Chyutin received the Zeev and Jacob Rechter prize for Architecture 2006 for this building.
