Louisville International Airport

During it's renovation the terminal at the Louisville International Airport received a new ceiling design made from wire mesh.

The dense DOKA-MONO 1751 was chosen as the specification for this project. On two sides the mesh elements are connected to flat bars. This way they can be bolted to the substructure. Due to the small size of each element and due to the rigid specification, the mesh panels do not need to be tensioned in this application.

W.S. Tyler Canada wove and fabricated all panels at our St. Catharines, Ontario plant.
